Credit card only. We don't bill insurance — the price you see is what you pay, by credit card. After each visit you'll receive an itemized superbill you can submit to your plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Medication and lab costs are separate and paid directly to the pharmacy or lab.

Do you take insurance?+
No — Baaj Clinic is cash-pay, which is how we keep prices this clear. Payment is by credit card only. After every visit you'll get an itemized superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Can you prescribe medications?+
Yes. When medically appropriate, prescriptions are sent electronically to the Florida pharmacy of your choice. We do not prescribe controlled substances — no opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, or controlled sleep medications — under any circumstances.
Who can book a visit?+
Adults 18 and older who are physically located in Florida at the time of the video visit. That's a licensing requirement, not a preference — if you'll be out of state, we'll need to reschedule.
What do I need for a video visit?+
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, a reasonable internet connection, a photo ID, and a private spot to talk. We'll email your secure video link before the visit — no app download required.
What if I need labs or imaging?+
We'll send orders to a lab or imaging center near you. You pay their cash price directly (often lower than you'd expect), and we review the results together at your next visit.
What if my problem needs in-person care?+
Then we'll tell you — plainly and quickly. Part of good telehealth is knowing its limits. We'll direct you to the right level of care, whether that's urgent care, an emergency room, or a specialist.
